Abnormal CBC report

Asked for Female, 30 Years

From past few weeks i am suffeeing from headache and weakness followed by ocassional fever and shivering. After 2 visits to doctor in last 3 weeks he finally suggested for a CBC. He concluded that i have viral fever and prescribed medicines. my report is showing abnormal counts.not a single medicine was given for it.I have lost my apetite so i doubt i will be able to make up for this lesser counts thru diet.HB(11.9), RBC(3.37), HCT(34.7),MCV(102.97), MCH(35.31),MCHC(34.29). Please suggest.
