Met a cardiologist and a neuro, they said nothing to worry about but if I insert me symptoms and blood reports on google, diseases like polycethmia, TIA,MS etc come up as on 22nd Oct I passed for 30 seconds after sudden chest and left arm pain with cold sweating. but all tests(ECG, ECHO, HOLTER) came back normal I am confused. I was living a sedentary lifestyle before, hardly any sleep, junk food all the time, no exercise, my BMI is 24 around. But since last 20 days I am having a good diet with 30 min exercise. Still no improvement Is there anything alarming? I am confused
