Hello myself dr chitra i am looking for my grandmother she has first dysentry and now she is talking and behaving abnormal

Dr.chitra, it’s important that you take her for assessment to psychiatrist so that both physical and psychological evaluation is completely done. psychiatric manifestations can be due to physical ailments as well.

Blood test- Creat, fbs, ppbs, sr electrolytes Reports to be carried for the consult if possible

Given her age and possible comorbid complications, it is best to get a Psychiatrist to assess her in person. Also it is suggested that if the problem persists, take her to casualty of the nearest hospital.
