Abdominal pain with moderate asities
My father have a problem .he is suffering from abdominal pain since 1 month usg show free fluid moderate asities. asitiec fluid examination show exudative with negative malignant and tb.tb pcr also negative cytology show lymphocytes predominantly cell. ct show granulomatous inflammation involving peritoneum.no symptoms relieves after medication. what next ??
