HELLO, T.MEFTAL PLUS TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. INJECTION ENDOMAC ONE AMPLE IM STATE. TAB PARACETAMOL 500 AS REQUIRED. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. ORS FREQUENTLY. SEMILIQUID PORRIDGE KHICHARI IN DIET. O.K
