Abdominal Pain
Pain in left side of body. Focussing in central left abdominal region and left shoulder and lower neck.
Since 3 days.
Woke up with this one day.

Most probably this is due to a bad posture adopted by you during sleep. It will resolve on its own. You need to get a comfortable mattress and pillow. If pain persists you can take painkillers.
If the symptoms doesnt go away after a week, visit a orthopaedic doctor.
