Abdominal pain
My husband has lower right abdomen pain. With constipation no fever or nausea. What we read have descriptions of appendicitis and or psoas.

Dear patient, This is not so easy. Lower abdominal pain has many reasons. It can only be a muscular pain or just a lymphadenopathy. Google baba cannot give u the diagnosis without examination. Kindly give the complete h/o.

He may be having sub acute appendicitis, however will need investigation to establish or differentiate further with multiple questions and answers about the type of pain , duration,, associated weight loss,altered bowel habits
