Kindly do a CT or ultrasound of abdomen to confirm renal calculi, your history and investigation report is suggestive of renal calculi. Kindly drink a minimum of 4 liters of water per day which will help in your situation and you may require an alkalyzing agent which has shown to be effective in this condition.
