Abdominal pain. Is this related to that?

I had abdominal pain recently and i consulted doctor considering it as a cardiac issue.doctor asked to undergo few tests including ecg,echo cardiogram,vitamin d,blood test,xray and mri of cervical spine.everything was normal.i have gastric problem.doctor then said it might be due to gastric problem or a normal muscle pain and it might go off with in few days.No significant pain i should say from then.But a sharp cramp like pain is felt few times which lasts only for few seconds,but goes off automatically if ignored.People are talking about hypertrophic cardio myopathy.Is this related to that?None of our family members have heart related issues and i don't feel the pain while walking or playing.It is felt sometimes only while lying on the bed
