Upper middle abdominal pain
I have upper abdominal pain which comes and go nearest breatbone sometime it will be severe sometime not also i have pain in left side in chest but it is pin point in particular area also left side back shoulder pain in night i feel sometime suffocated but i walk and i feel okey but this will be comes and go before 4months ecg and echo and troponin test are done all are normal what should i do next?because it is from 8months i saw doctors but after again it will start so what next i should do? Lipid profile red cells triglycerides 160mg/dl hdl 36.7 total lipids 608 ldl 125

It might be lung related issues . Consult pulmonologist once and repeat cardiac check up in a month's time
