Abdominal pain during 5th week of pregna

Hi madam, Do we get the abdominal pain during pregnancy? I am getting abdominal pain during my first trimester,but it is not continuous pain. Doctor suggested me an injection called progesterone injection IP but still sometimes I am getting the short pain is this normal could you please assist me on this and one more thing is when I missed my periods I have suffered with little white discharge so doctor suggested me the tablet called Fenticonazole nitrate vaginal capsule 600 mg. After that white discharge has got decreased...my doubt is because of this tablet I am getting the little pain.
