Abdominal pain and diarrhea, stomach cra

Asked for Female, 31 Years

August 2021 she has suddenly loose motin with symptoms abdominal pain, loose motions, stomach cram,that time she is pregnant doctor gave medicine when medicine is stopped agin same problem started again doctor gave medicine.I have attached all the prescription and test report. Could you please have a look on those documents and tell me is this can be cured by medicine.
