Abdominal pain & Right testicale pain
Last one year I have slightly pain in abdominal when it's more heart to touch. Also my right testicale upper side have some lump node & experience pain.Which is best doctor to concerns.

Any doctor is fine. You need to get an Ultrasound abdomen, pelvis and scrotum after clinical examination by the doctor. If any abnormality is detected, then further blood investigation and CT scans may be required.
