Abdominal pain
80 yr old grandmother is suffering from fatigue abdominal pain and yellow discoloration of skin. Liver function test all the test are not normal. Hb is 6. Today taken CT scan . Please find it and give me suggestions regarding that. What is it actually. Is it ca?

Looks like obstrutive jaundice( may be stricture or cancer) . Need additional investigation like MRCP and if any mass, biopsy to be done for confirmation of cancer.
