Abdominal / Headaches / body aches
I have gone to the doctors multiple times with no help. I have been having massive abdominal pain on my left side and back. Full bloated feeling in belly and chest. Limbs have been aching on my left side as well as my testicle on the left hurting as well. In addition I get appetite swings, bowl movement swings and intense headaches and light headedness. There is no fever to report. I have a history of cancer and diverticulitis that runs in the family but all blood tests and sonogram are clean

The severity and the region described for the pain indicates that the pain my be of Renal/ureteric calculi in Origin. You have mentioned sonogram was done, but was a CT Abdomen carried out? CT abdomen would be the investigation of choice for both calculi as well as the other conditions you have described
Next Steps
CT Abdomen Plain and Contrast both
