Pulse is normal to be felt in abdomen. You don't need scan for it

Next Steps
Start taking antibiotics ( Metrogyl 400 TDS and tab Ciprofloxacin 500 OD ) 3 days if you feel pain in abdomen again than take tab Drotin .  Get healthy soon 🙂
