Pylorus Duodenum: Obstructed
Final impression: Growth in distal stomach with gastric outlet obstruction
After CT scan we found
Liver : small tiny Hypodense lesion in 6th segment of liver

It's probably cancer. U need to act fast after biopsy report. If you have problem in gatric emptying if vomiting then immediate operation or stenting. Else chemotherapy then operation
