I had my first intercourse a week earlier,and about 3-4 days ago i realised my clitoris hurts when i pee.Why is that and should i be worried?

You probably have acquired some infection either urinary tract or vaginal which s causing this.
You need to get yourself examined by a gynaecologist near you for further information and management regarding this
