Abdomen pain and burning sensation while

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I am having pus cells between 10 - 12 and I am a person who has done nephrectomy due to severe hydronephrosis 1 year back should I be very careful of it or shall I take precautions in taking normal treatment medicines also.
