A very big red painful pimple
Past two months, I have been getting these very big red swollen pimples on my nose which are very hurting and painful, and this is the second pimple in second month, the last one also left the scar on my nose, and it doesn't look good at all. Please help.

Hello
It looks more like boil rather than just acne. Detailed history and proper photographs required. As the approach would differ.
Also as its on nose over cartilageous part, it ought to be painful.
