A suspicious growth
I suddenly noticed a very suspicious ulcer in my mouth above my molars. It appeared yesterday and has grown since. It doesn't pain that much but i am having a little problem swallowing saliva. I live in pitampura, New Delhi. To whom should i go to if anyone could suggest.

it may be a traumatic ulcer apply dologel ct 3times if it does not subside visit a dentist because it can be caused by sharp edge or tooth which has to be corrected,or it may be normal ulcer or cheeck bite.
