That seems normal from the pics. Cheek has lots of small glands which are part of normal anatomy of your mouth. Reddish colour may sometimes indicate injury like cheek bite. You may get that evaluated by a dentist for any sharp edges of tooth surfaces and also by doing so will ease your mind of the worry.
