A small burn on finger
A small burn on finger with a boil while cooking. She is breast feeding for a one year baby. Can silverex be applied on it. In the ointment catalogue it is not to use breast feeding mother's. Can please suggest any other medications for this.

This is a small blister. Do not worry too much. Use fucidin ointment for local application thrice a day and do a small dressing if possible. It will heal in a few days time. No antibiotics are needed. Paracetamol for pain can be taken.

You can use a topical antibiotic like Mupirocin {T-bact}. Mix it with ligonocaine jelly if there is pain.
