Hello! My ears are big and i have caused a big problem for myself .I couldnt stand my big ears so i stuck with a sticky my ears.Now my skin is terribly bad.My skin of ear falls a lot and before it fall,it creates a kind of juice .These problems arent inside my ear but outside

Need physical check up for proper assessment..as per your description you might have eczematous lesion in the ear skin.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
