A lump above my tonsil in the arch
I have abnormally large tonsils and have had tonsil stones in the past. I know what they look like but I have a hard white lump that is deep beneath the skin and has slightly gotten larger within the past month.

You might be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal
