A lot of problems
So I went to a physical and found out I had a fast heart rate and ever since that day I started to stress and I started to have arm pain, armpit pain and chest pain. I started to think a lot and so I went to a cardiologist and they did a echodiagram and he said my heart is healthy and its function and then I wore a monitor for two weeks and the cardiologist said my heart sometimes beats a little fast sometimes but they said I don't need medication because it wasn't bad. But I started to feel my heartbeat throughout my body and bad headaches and my jaw makes a popping noise. My adominal tenderness In the morning when I wake up and when I eat something it feels better. I had a lot of burping and chest pain and my doctor told me I had acid reflux but I am scared I might have a stroke or heart attack or clogged artery.

Hi there. You need not be worried. You are too young for things like Stroke, Heart attack etc. It's rare at your age. How ever the symptoms you mentioned are vaguely indicating towards angina but then again its rare at this age. You are most probably anxious and worrying too much. For your satisfaction you can always get an echo cardio graphy done which will put aside all doubts. Your symptoms are most likely weight related. Have some regular basis exercise. Drink lots of fluids. If it pains real bad you can use crocin (acetamenofen) for relief. Excessive acid reflux can also be one of the cause for this kind of symptoms. Other than using antacids and ppi's best way is to eat light, have multiple but less meals and always exercise (walking, running etc)
Next Steps
repeat echocardiography and do exercise
