My heart rate is between 90 to 100
Y my heart rate always between 90 to 100ans sometime it goes up to 105 110.is it normal ??is this indicate any heart disease.

Get an ECG done.
This heart rate is definitely abnormal but treatment will be started after a completed workout of the Cardiovascular system. A single finding is not sufficient to start treatment.
