A lot of  blood in Stool and Vomiting
I was having loose motions for the past 2to 3 days as my stomach is sensitive. Today at my internship, only blood came out and nothing else. I also vomited a little blood. My pelvic region also hurts extremely.

You immediately should do scan USA-whole abdomen with pelvic region, Blood per rectum and through mouth, not looking good, rule out for any ulceration in stomach or intestine

Avoid intake of raw food as of now. Take only cooked boiled food. Avoid spices, nonveg. Rice with curd can help. Would require more details on the symptoms for proper treatment advise.
