A little cut on vein under testicles
Few days before I had a sever itchiness near my scrotum area while I was sleeping and I scrath it Baldy as I was asleep but the very next morning I felt pain on the vein or skin area which is under the scrotum. Then I saw it properly using a mirror and some scratches can been seen and a little cut on the vein is showing which gives me sever pain while I am moving and also it's uncomfortable to sleep or turn while moving. I tried to apply some coconut oil as I found that part of the area very dry. Please recommend some medical ointment or any other remedy to cure this. Thanks
