I want to know whether u have any pain or not...take tablet aquazide half tablet twice a day for 7days and have lot of water..also take tablet urimax 0.4mg at bed time for 7days...if pain then add tablet ultracet twice a day..if position of stone doesn't change or if report usg after 7days shows increasing hydronephrosis or if pain increases, then u wl need operative intervention..
