I’ve have been given all the medication to help not being constipated and it isn’t helping I have been diagnosed with IBD and the pain is getting unbearable

This is the problem due to IBD.
In morning take luck warm water in empty stomach one glass or more. Walk ten minutes.
Again take one glass of luck warm water.
Wait for five minutes than go for defication.
ISABGOL HUSK
Three tsf three times a day with little sugar or as such with water but fast as it swells up with water n adhare to buccale cavity.
No side effects can be used as diet as y had Ibd..
In evening also you can take N walk.
Plenty of liquids like NIMUPANI in luck warm water, coconut water, watermelon, mousambi juise.butter milk, fresh curd.
Sald VEGETABLE or fruit two times big bowl before lunch N dinner.
AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK GRESY FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE.
If u fillow all for at least one month your bowel movement become smooth.
Yet u can consult GASTROENTEROLOGIST. Ok

add lots of fibre in ur diet..
take syp looz 15 ml at night..this should help

in morning n evening take "apple cidar vinegar with mother" (not mummy, mother is a term used fr residual fermented apple heathy bacteria present in apple cidar vinegar)5 ml wid 5ml honey in warm water it wud increase ur digestive capacity.
follow up aftr a week.
