A bit dryness due to acne medication
I am using dervia cms in night along with saslic face wash (2 times). Since, 2-3,days of use skin is getting a bit flaky and dry on some parts of face. I use moisturizer but it's not helping. .
Also 1-3 new pimples are also coming.
Should I continue using the medicines or stop. What should I do further

Both the cream and face wash you're using will cause dryness of skin. First stop them if the skin is too dry and consult online with images for the best moisturizer suitable for your skin type and work.
