My menstruation was stopped last month after that I have tested pregnancy confirmation by prega news and that was positive. But after one month I got my monthly period, so I want to know what is actual problem happened with me or was I pregnant?

Occasionally along with pregnancy mostly in the first trimester one may have Menses ,usually in decreased amounts , and one may not be even aware of pregnancy, but since I have already tested better confirm with an ultrasound
