9 months to left chest inner pain

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I experiencing chest pain in left side inner suddenly for past 9 months. It's was mild some time severe...Took ECHO 2 times ,ECG 15 times, recently januvary1st done TMT negative and high sensitive troponin also done is normal. Sugar is normal, cholesterol done two months back under normal, chest x ray normal,kidney function test normal,Due anxiety My BP was high some times.. Frequent chest pain experiencing turn left side and right side sleeping positions. Please suggest what will be the cause of chest pain. How to overcome from it...some test post it...

If your BP will shoot because of anxiety it can chest pain. So,start taking anti-anxiety medicines.
