Don’t worry you have to give little more of calpol @ 15mg/ kg/ dose . Do routine test cbc, crp, and now a day s COVID antigen test. And do water sponging.

How is the child when there is no fever??? If active and playfull and passing urine nothing to be done. Else Calpol syrup 5ml/250mg strength give 2.5ml every 4 to 6 hourly if there is fever more than 100f If fever continues beyond 3 days get the child.s blood tested for CBC, CRP, PS MP, URINE ROUTINE AND COVID RTPCR. As long as child is comfortable we aren't worried if fever continues. It usually subsides by 4th or 5th day in case if a viral fever, in the meantime just keep the baby hydrated and as he s having breastfeeding he shud b fine
Next Steps
calpol to be continued if fever continues get him tested. don't worry baby is gonna be fine
