7th day dengue. Plaetlets decreasing
I was diagnosed of dengue and yesterday was my 7th day. My plaetlet count had never gone below the normal but yesterday it was 135000. There's no temperature since yesterday morning. My skin is itching a lot and day before yesterday i was very dehydrated. Since yesterday I started taking proper fluid intake. I also had my periods since the 2nd day of fever, it has reduced now. When will my plaetlet start increasing

Hello you need not worry till platelets are Above 50000 . 1.35 lac is fairly good situation. Take only PCM don’t take Combiflam or brufen as it will reduce platelets drastically. Take lots of warm water at least 2 glasses every 4 hrs irrespective of feeling thirsty or not. Also take watermelon and muskmelon.
