7 week pregnant but no heart beat seen in ultrasound today last periods was on 1 February have done beta hcg 2 times on 6 feb and 8 feb results was 192.17 and 302.15 respectively

It can be early pregnancy. Doesn't seem like 7 weeks. Repeat a USG after 2 weeks
