6week of pregnancy
I have 6 weeks of pregnancy.. scan done as doctor suggested.. till date nothing found in sac.. but the sac is growing.. As suggested doctor told to scan after 1 week.. also given the HCG ingections... Why there is nothing found in sac ?

Repeat scan after 1 week. Nothing can be done now. Some pregnancy do not end up in healthy one so they end up in miscarriage

As you are 6 weeks  now,wait for another  week  and do a scan for Yolk sac  and Baby.Sometimes it takes  a little  while  to appear.
