Clean it with soap and water. U can use savlon also for cleaning.
After that u can use T.bact ointment 3-4 times daily for 3-4 days.
I hope ur child’s vaccination is up to date. ( if yes no further vaccine is required)
If not visit a Pediatrician for vaccination.
Health Tips
For pain u can use paracetamol. Does depends on weight.
