6 month baby not passed motion
Hi , my boy baby is 6th month running .He is exclusively on BM . He usually pass motion once or twice in 24 hours .suffenly he didn't pass motion for more than a day .we didn't start the solids yet .
He is active and playing but sometimes showing fussiness . Tried giving colicaid but didn't work for passing stools.he is releasing gas also .please let me know if i need to visit doctor
