  4. 5 year old child has noisy breathing.

5 year old child has noisy breathing
He is allergic to food colours etc. But of late his breathing at night sounds like a snore. He is in very bad state today. Can see a doctor only tom. Pls advise

He probably has nose block,due either to allergy,cold or adenoids. Consult  an ENT surgeon.
