Hi my daughter bhavanthika is 4 month old, she is rolling back and forth and had good smile, she is making cues in response..to ours..what are else should be achieved by this month kindly tell me sir...As her sister 2.5 yrs..facing regression and had mild spectrum..so lil bit worried...about this daughter..I am giving zincovit and cholecalciferol drops..to her..still any other medications...does support her brain growth..I feel my baby weight is low lastly we checked.march 13 6.4 kg ...how to check my daughter is getting enough feed...of not what are other options

For your elder daughter, as per you.. the milestone regression needs proper Consult and examination and is out of scope of an online evaluation. I would recommend u plz Consult a doctor nearby.
