42 days post tcat and c3r in left eye
Hello everyone i am having serious vision disturbance seeing 2 moons with multiple literally at night and severe ghosting in one direction all systems of coma higher order abberations. I had a querry doctor moves hand over cornea while applying riboflavin drops during c3r after tcat because when tcat was done i was seeing everything perfect. But after c3r when they moved hands over my eye i started to experience distortions and it is same till now. Doc said surgery is success i can read 6/6 but there is severy higher order abberations which were not previous to surgery, more scattering of light and even ghosting which i never experienced before. I have minor haze but i don't believe haze cause so much HOA like coma

Coma and higher order aberrations are usually corrected during the topoguided PRK or TCAT. Th ere is no cremation of doctor s hand but yes post c3 r if there is haziness in cornea it can deteriorate the symptoms but for that I would need to see u once
