4 yrs child swallowed a coin
A child of my friend has swallowed a coin and this is the X-ray report. She is not having any symptoms and breathing fine. Is the coin inside her lungs? How to bring it out pls suggest.....

coin is in gi tract..but another opacity is seen in left upper lobe of lung
