4 years kid not eating from 5 6  days.
My 4 years old doughter (10.3kg weight) not eating food from last 6 days. I'm tried all ways. She is not having cough or throught problem. Doctor said it might be acidity problem so gave her junior lanzol tablet. For 3 days. From 1st October giving her levolin and aerocort inhalers. Stil having Dey cough. But There is some improvement. For all time she eats only dal rice and chapati with milk and sugar. That's it. But from last 6 days she not having that also. What should I do. Me n my family are tired to visiting a clinic everyday. so what can I do now?

For 4years old only 10.3kg is too less Need to evaluate the kid for malnutrition and other infections,better to visit the clinic and get evaluated do not delay as malnutrition is very bad for future health of kid especially neurodevelopment

pls deworm the child with albendazole (zentel syp) 10ml at night single dose if not dewormed in last 6months

Get basic investigation done Check Hemoglobin, if low then start iron syrup To rule out tuberculosis Can also get an chest xray done If child is overal active and playful then need not to worry
