4 year son is suffering from fever
My 4 year son is suffering from fever since last 5 days. We are giving IBUJESIC plus syrup to him but still fever is there. Please suggest the medicine.

If it's only fever without any other symptoms, it's likely to be viral illness. It will take time, give plain crocin, rather than ibugesic plus. In case new symptoms appears see local Pediatrician.
