Dear Dr, My son 4 and half months old suffering from severe cough and cold.past 2 days using 1.OPOX DROPS (cefpodoxime proxetil IP 25mg) and 2.Mudil- Ls (Ambroxol Hydrochloride Levosalbutamol & Guaiphenesin) Drops, 3.Sign cold ( phenylephrine HCI, chloropheniramine Maleate Drops IP) But no sign of improvement. My wife is worried a lot ,kindly suggest Better medicine . It's raining heavily here to consult paediatrician again. Thanks in advance 🙏

Dear parents, Continue same treatment. Opox drops 0.7mltwice a day for 5days after meals. Mudil ls drops 0.5mlthree times a day for 5days after meals. Sign cold drops 0.7mlthree times a day for 5days after meals
