Most babies learn to roll over from front to back at approximately 5 months of age and then from back to front a month later. Signs that that your baby is prepared to roll over include lifting his head while lying on bed and reaching out for objects when lying on tummy, signifying strengthening of neck muscles.

Hello mommy! Rolling over usually happens around 5 months. For now, if head is getting steady, thats enough.. Please put baby tummy down for 3 to 4 times daily. This will strengthen neck muscles soon. And about solid foods... Till 6th month end, only breastfeed/ formula. From 7 the month you can start with semisolids. A month or two later, solid foods. Hope this helps!
