4 month baby stool routine test

My baby is 4 months old. After 3.5 months of vaccination she is suffering from diarrhea. I have done stool routine examination and reducing substance test. the reducing substance is absent in the stool but the fat globules present in the stool. what does it means?

First it is unlikely liked to vaccination so please do not worry. Was there recivery from any recent diarrhoea illness? If so, then the guy can take upto few weeks to recover post infection.
