Lipoma is nothing but a accumulation of fat over that place....yup in surgery they remove the lipoma which get infectious over having the pain...of u want to remove from all over the body it requires a treatment acting all over the body along at that local place... So u have to do the shodhana of ur body after shamana....so i m advising some medicines... But u have not mention ur weight how much is ur weight that is also important....
